Freshly Roasted to Order:
All of our coffee is roasted to order to ensure peak flavor and freshness. Orders are roasted within 3–5 business days after they are placed. Please note that processing may take longer during holidays.

Shipping Times:
Once your order ships, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location:

• Southern California: ~2 business days

• East Coast / smaller cities: ~5 business days

Please note: our shipping prioritizes freshness over speed. Your coffee is roasted just for you and is not pre-roasted or stored on shelves.

Shipping Methods:
We ship orders via USPS or UPS within the United States. International orders are shipped via the most reliable method available.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.
